The demands that both plastic material manufactures and customers have for their products today are high and most producers need high performance materials to suit specific applications.

These demands could be resistance to UV radiation, antistatic effect, flame retardant etc.

Such performance enhancing effect may be achieved by adding various additives to the polymer resin.
